CNI's Steering Committee
----------

A Steering Committee guides program and organizational development at CNI, while fiduciary responsibilities are vested in the CEOs and boards of the sponsoring organizations, the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) and EDUCAUSE. ARL and EDUCAUSE each appoint three members to the Steering Committee. CNI's Executive Director and the heads of ARL and EDUCAUSE also appoint three additional "at large" members.
