Project Identification
Institutional teams will develop a list of 3-5 potential collaborative
projects related to the preservation of digital records and archives
that are needed in their home institution.

Facilitators will instruct groups on the process of beginning to
construct a project plan to take back to the home institution and
then team members will work together to begin to construct a plan

executive overview of the project, intended to be given to
administrators at the home institution.
